  • What is the warranty on your products?
    MAMMOTH MAGNETS stand behind our products. In a manufacturers defect scenario, MAMMOTH MAGNETS, LLC. offers a 1 year manufactures defect guarantee.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping in the USA is FREE!
  • Do you ship internationally outside of the USA?
    If your country is in the U.N., we ship there.
  • The product I bought is on back order or pre-order, what should I do?
    Hold tight, if you ordered it and the product is backed up or out of stock, you will be immediately notified of an "ETA" estimated time of arrival for your purchase.
  • What is your shipping time frame?
    When an order comes in before 4pm EST, the products are picked, packed and shipped that day. After 4pm EST, order will ship next day. All shipping is FREE in USA! The MAMMOTH MAGNET family- sticking with you through the fun and function.
  • What is your return policy?
    Product can be returned if damaged upon delivery. Please email us pics of the product you purchased. Proof of incident will be pending actual return. We will notify you via email the status of your return. Please do not ship the product back to us, until you have received confirmation via email for your return.
